The breeder has taken every care with breeding, rearing and the welfare of the dog. The dog is believed to be in good health and it is sold in good faith. The dog has been checked over by our own vet and a copy of examination included in purchasers puppy package.
The Breeder makes no warranty however as to the health or disposition of the puppy/adult dog
I cannot guarantee size, weight, breeding capabilities or show potential.
The Buyer has been advised that a puppy should not be taken around other animals that have not been protected against the normal diseases until the puppy has completed the third series of puppy vaccinations and been advised by their own veterinarian
Please be aware that NO puppy bought from Galaxy Cockers should EVER get more than one vaccine at a time, they should NEVER have a puppy vaccine or booster at the same time as rabies, IF this is done it will void and nullify this contract. all vaccines need to be given 3-4 weeks apart.
I follow a every 3 year vaccine protocol after their 1 year booster/Rabies and recommend it to all our families.
No puppy from Galaxy Cockers should be given a lepto vaccination until over 1 year of age.
I no longer offer my cocker's with full registration unless you are a qualified and well known show home.
RE-HOMING OF THE DOG
The purchaser(s) agree that if at any stage in the Dog's life, the Purchaser(s) need to re-home the Dog, the Breeder will be the first to be informed and the Purchaser(s) will if the Breeder requests, return the Dog to the Breeder. The Breeder will offer every reasonable assistance to find a new home.
If any life-threatening genetic defects are found by a veterinarian within the first year of the puppy's life, you will be entitled to a replacement puppy when one becomes available. Not covered are: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, cherry eye, hernia (cherry eye and hernia are caused by injury), Over/under-bites or any auto-immune disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, skin conditions, monorchid, ear infections, parasites (puppy has been on a regular deworming schedule), or parvo-virus (puppy has been vaccinated). No Cash refund will be given.
PUPPIES ARE GUARANTEED HEALTHY AT TIME OF PURCHASE, INFO FROM OUR VET CHECK WILL BE PROVIDED.
PUPPY SHOULD BE CHECKED BY YOUR VET WITHIN 5 DAYS.

Registration Info
I hold AKC registration on pups sold as pet/limited until proof of spay/neuter
All puppies registered from our breeding program Will start with Galaxy on the registration papers.
It is recommended that puppies not be spayed/neutered until AFTER maturity, which is 9-15 months, as it affects their growth plates as well it may cause bladder leakage issues in females, it is further recommended the older, more mature the dog is the better it is to spay/neuter.
After much research and owning several cocker I recommend Neuter to be performed after age 9 months.
I rarely see a male lift his leg to mark prior to that age, and recommend a belly band and females should wait until after 9 -15 month's, waiting longer is better.
Humping is NOT always a sexual sign, sometimes it is a sign of trying to dominate.
If you feel younger spay/neuter is needed, please contact me and google the info, and get more than one vet's opinion.
TRANSPORTATION
It is up to you to find and secure transportation.
airline carry on flight nanny or Ground transport, I will drive part way, up to 4 hour's, (gas and hourly fee applied and paid before the puppy leaves our home.)
you may come to our home to pick up your puppy., or I can meet at our local Airport.
IF PUPPY HAS BEEN SHIPPED BY GROUND OR AIR, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN HEALTHY PUPPY TO US AT YOUR COST.
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE RETURNED WITH PUPPY.
CHECKS ARE ACCEPTABLE FORMS FOR DEPOSIT, BUT I REQUIRE A 2 WEEKS HOLD, so no checks past 6 week's of age.
FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN CASH IF FINAL PAYMENT IS AT PERSONAL PICK UP, AND/OR DELIVERY AGE.
POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AS FORM OF PAYMENT
